Note  59  Vildoran     (05/18/20 22:07)  Resuming normal-length reboots

Hi Arda,
 
We've pushed a change this reboot that should hopefully
allow us to resume normal-length reboots.  Unfortunately
this is not an absolute fix to the bigger underlying issue,
but we hope to have that soon.
